Payment Schedule
40% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
30% of the payment is required 90 days before arrival.
The remaining amount is to be paid 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
95% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €1500 is held on 0 days before arrival and voided on 2 days after departure
